Information may include contact details submitted for a quote, property and service requirements, operational records, security reports, access information and other information required to provide contracted services.

How information is used

PSG uses information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and supervise security services, document activity, investigate concerns, train personnel, meet contractual obligations and comply with applicable law.

Client and resident confidentiality

Property names, resident information, access procedures, security weaknesses, schedules, reports, images and incident details are treated as confidential operational information. They are not used for public promotion, testimonials or case studies without appropriate authorization.

PSG online reporting portal

PSG’s internally developed reporting portal is hosted on virtual private servers controlled for PSG’s use. PSG does not rely on a separate commercial guard-reporting vendor for these core functions. This reduces the number of organizations in the operational information chain. Access is permission-based and limited according to operational need and client direction.

Disclosure

Information may be shared with authorized client representatives, service providers supporting operations, insurers, professional advisers, emergency services or public authorities where required for the service, an investigation, safety or law.

Safeguards and retention

PSG applies administrative, technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. Records are retained according to legal, contractual and operational requirements and are disposed of when no longer required.
