The PSG operating standard

A managed security program, not simply a guard at a desk.

Reliable coverage requires careful recruitment, site-specific training, guard retention, relief planning, supervisor involvement and reports that management can act upon.

Presentation and preparation

Condominium-ready officers.

PSG’s condominium uniform is a formal three piece black suit with a closed collar white dress shirt, black tie, nameplate, approved shield and SECURITY patch.

Training continues after deployment through online learning, virtual sessions, on-site instruction, SOPs, training checklists, evaluations and report review.

Accountable reporting

A reporting portal developed for PSG.

PSG’s internally developed portal manages schedules, attendance, leave requests, training, communication, tasks, daily reports, occurrence reports, incident reports and site logs. It does not add a commercial third-party guard-reporting company to the operational information chain.
