Continuity, relief coverage and supervisor response.

A condominium cannot operate properly when the desk is left uncovered or every shift brings an unfamiliar face. PSG builds each site around an assigned team, trained relief personnel and a defined escalation structure.

Coverage structure

How PSG protects staffing continuity.

  1. Permanent site team

Regular guards are assigned to the property so they learn the residents, access systems, post orders, emergency contacts and building routines.

  2. Trained relief personnel

Relief guards receive the site information and orientation required for the duties they may cover. Unfamiliar personnel are not treated as interchangeable bodies.

  3. Absence escalation and communication

Callouts are escalated to scheduling and operations so replacement options can be activated promptly. Last-minute absences, leaves, replacements and schedule changes are communicated to property management by email.

  4. Supervisor involvement

Supervisors support guards, review concerns, conduct site follow-up and coordinate operational changes with property management.

  5. Documented handover

Shift information, outstanding incidents, keys, access matters and required follow-up are recorded so work does not disappear between shifts.

  6. Performance correction

When a concern is raised, PSG reviews the facts, educates, retrains or applies progressive discipline, and replaces personnel when continued assignment is not appropriate.

Relief response

A response plan that matches the property.

Response expectations depend on the site location, schedule, staffing model and service agreement. PSG defines the applicable relief and escalation process during the proposal and transition stage rather than advertising a universal time that may not fit every property.

Property-specific communication and supervisor responsibilities are established before service begins.

The real staffing responsibility

Find the right people, prepare them properly and keep the site stable.

PSG’s central job is to recruit strong security personnel, train and adapt them to the property, monitor performance, retain effective guards and manage replacement when a change is necessary.

Recruit selectively

PSG assesses licensing, experience, communication, presentation, reliability and suitability for condominium work.

Customize to the site

Guards are trained against the property’s post orders, systems, service expectations and management requirements.

Monitor and maintain

Supervision, report review, evaluations, retraining and discipline keep performance from drifting below the required standard.

Retain site knowledge

PSG prioritizes stable permanent teams because clients, residents and managers should not repeatedly face unfamiliar guards.

Manage replacement

When replacement is necessary, PSG handles reassignment, preparation, scheduling and client communication while minimizing disruption and administrative burden.

Keep management informed

Schedule changes, absences, leaves, relief assignments and material staffing developments are communicated to the property manager.
