Website content describes PSG’s general capabilities and is not a binding offer, guarantee or substitute for a property assessment. Actual duties, staffing, response expectations, pricing and reporting are established in a written agreement.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement or guarantee staffing availability. PSG may request additional information before providing a proposal.
Accuracy and changes
PSG aims to keep website information accurate but may update services, coverage areas, content and terms without notice. If website information conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The PSG name, approved shield, website content, design, online reporting portal and other company materials may not be copied, altered or used without authorization except where permitted by law.
Online services
Access to PSG’s reporting portal and related operational systems is restricted to authorized users and may be governed by separate account, employment, client and acceptable-use requirements.
Confidentiality
Users must not attempt to obtain, disclose or misuse confidential property, resident, client, employee, access or security information through this website.
